SINOPSE

On December 10, 1987, seven men broke into the central branch of Londrina's largest bank, holding more than 300 people hostage for 7 hours. Outside, 5,000 people began shouting in the bandits' favor against President Sarney's government. It is the longest hostage situation of a large number of people in Brazil. The bandits demanded 30 million cruzados who were collected from bank to bank. After hours of negotiation, the gang fled with an approximate amount of the required, carrying 14 hostages. The film features the robbery from the point of view of the robbers, the hostages, the police, the press and the population.
